What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our Size Finder on each product page. We also note each glove's fit type underneath the description of each glove on its product page.
How long do your gloves typically last?
Depends on a lot of factors like the type of surface you play on, the conditions, if you have a hard fall, etc. Typically we say gloves should last about 2-3 months.
How do I know which type of glove is suitable for me?
Each glove has it's own features and fit. If you need help deciding, you can also shoot us an email: hello@kiepps.com
Do you offer customization or personalization for gloves?
Soon, but not currently.

What is the recommended way to break in new gloves?
Dampen gloves and wear for about 30 minutes around the house. Opening and closing your fist a few times throughout. You should be good to go!

What is the shipping policy?
We typically ship out within 24 hours of the order being received. Orders on the weekend are processed on Monday.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes if we haven't shipped it out. Just shoot us an email: hello@kiepps.com
What is your exchange/return policy?
Should the item(s) not work out for you, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund within 14 days. Gloves need to be in original resalable condition, with the protective plastic film fully intact. Given that we ship globally, we do not cover return shipping costs. Sale items due to their lower price are final.
